The E-Myth Revisited, Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It by Michael E. Gerber. This is one of my favorite books and it shows how most small business owners work "in" their businesses and not "on" them. Business owners have to be the Entrepreneur, Manager and Technician, all rolled into one! This is a great book for Realtors as well.

Good To Great, Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't by Jim Collins. Jim Collins looks at companies that made the leap from good to great and sustained that greatness over a fifteen year period.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change by Steven Covey. A great book that examines productivity, time management, positive thinking, and developing your "proactive muscles". It's a business bestseller since it was first published in 1990. Defintely worth re-reading annually.
Your First Year in Real Estate: Making the transition from Total Novice to Successful Professional by Dirk Zeller. A must read book for anyone getting into real estate sales. Dirk shares his inside secrets on what it takes to be successful in the real estate business. One of the best real estate books I've read to date.
