Hi, I'm Bill Gamelli, and I work with all types of people who are looking to make changes in their personal and professional lives. By working in partnership, I help people discover their potential and find the answers within themselves. The captain of a ship relies on the navigator to help him steer clear of obstacles. Like the navigator, I help people steer clear of the obstacles that are stopping them from seeing clearly, achieving their goals or from having the life they've always dreamed of.
An opportunity became available to pursue my true love, teaching and training. I took a position as the head of Career Development with a large real estate company I had previously been with for 12 years. I was fortunate enough to meet someone who introduced me to the world of coaching. This person had been a successful coach and trainer of real estate sales professionals for many years.
I became intrigued by coaching and, as fate would have it, my company decided to launch a pilot coaching program. I was soon on my way to Chicago where I completed CoachU's Core Essentials program. I expected it to be just another training program, like so many others that I had attended. Instead, I found my introduction to coaching to be a true, life altering experience, touching me both professionally and personally. I had found my niche! I continue to recruit and train real estate sales professionals in addition to maintaining my own coaching practice.
